Translanguaging is a strategy used to support the acquisition of English in bi/multilingual classrooms that provides advantages such as incrementing metalinguistic and multicultural awareness, which is essential to help teachers effectively scaffold students. Additionally, translanguaging will increase students", communication repertoires while supporting, developing, and strengthening learning. Finally, students' writing process will; improve as vocabulary acquisition and lexico-grammatical development while using recontextualization, voice, interaction', and textualization as scaffolding in the writing process.
